Hi, I’m Abbey (she/her), a registered psychologist for teens and young adults in the Illawarra region.
I’ve been working as a therapist since 2021 and my approach is empathetic, neuroaffirming, client-directed and strengths based. I aim to support you in a way that meets you where you’re at, while working toward what matters most to you. My goal is to help explore what’s important to you and what might make life feel more meaningful and manageable.
I have a special interest in working with people navigating neurodivergence (e.g. ADHD, autism, learning differences, etc), anxiety, stress, low mood, identity, low self-esteem, burnout, life dissatisfaction, and chronic health concerns.
As a neurodivergent psychologist, my lived experience greatly informs the way I practice. I hope to create a space where you can feel understood, validated, and supported.
Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me doing art, spending time with loved ones, enjoying nature, rollerskating, or enjoying live music.
